I wonder if there is some quirk of Hubitat's mDNS implementation that causes issues for some people.

Hubitat.local Issues - Once Again

I can now confirm that it works on ALL of my Windows machines at home, whether Windows 8.1, 10, 11, or Server 2012 R2 and Hyper-V Server 2019. [Screenshot (75)] The weird thing is, it takes a couple seconds to resolve when I type the hostname.local, like it tries several other methods to resolve an IP first and then finally gives mDNS a shot when all else fails. Weird.. It should be noted too that my IOT devices like Hubitat, Home Assistant, NUT-Server, etc are on a different subnet and VLA…

In another attempt to gather information, try restarting just the router to see if that 'fixes' the issue.
