Homekit bridge limits thermostat to minimum 10C

Homekit integration: thermostat can’t be set to less than 10C

Hello, getting into the automation world and using my new Hubitat hub for the last few months. I am reviving a thread that was closed and unsolved. I have the same issue as mboisson with a sinope zigbee thermostat paired to Hubitat C8 installed in my garage that can go to 5C as a heating setpoint. This works fine in Hubitat and manually on the thermostat. However in Homekit, I can't go below 10C. I can confirm other thermostats that are integrated directly to Homekit can go lower than that. I thought the minimum temperature was going to be reduced from 10C to 5C in the Homekit app. It was integrated in the beta issue last february but it seems like it did not follow in the new Homekit bridge app? I do not see why this should be limited to 10C as I want to be able to simply prevent freezing in my garage.
