[image] ts1234: but I now have about 50 entries that are toast in my zwave table. Before you do anything, do a shutdown from the settings menu. Wait 30 seconds, and plug the hub back in. The Z-wave radio might be jammed, and the only fix is to power cycle (not reboot) the hub.

Thanks…this is helpful. My first priority is to delete 50 ghost devices in my zwave table adding 2 devices with smart start created. This should NEVER happen U don’t even get a delete

50 ghosts just from 1 or 2 pairing attempts would be extremely unusual... Did you try the "shutdown, then pull power at plug, wait ~30", power back up" that was suggested above? Ae you currently using z-wave JS or ZIP (legacy) with your 8 Pro?

I personally wouldn't delete a thing or start messing around. It might make it worse. Did you do a power cycle? Have you tried a soft reset with restore, or a reboot with the advanced option to cleanup database? Beyond that, I would involve support before doing anything else.

A power down just made it go nuts...the soft boot rebuilding things cleared all the ghosts. That's awesome since I never been able to delete a ghost with just a reboot before :-). Thanks! I'm a bit terrified to add a LR device though...but I have no choice.

BTW...had to back out of JS due to failures. That's been a few months though.
