I purchased some weeks ago a Heiman HS2WD-E Zigbee siren from AliExpress, it's quite cheap and has an internal backup battery that last around 1 day.
Drawbacks: it doesn't report an alarm when goes on battery and seems that it has just 1 tone without level setting.
Here you are an initial beta driver for it (should work with every Zigbee siren):

Thanks for the driver. Works well with my Swann one outdoor siren (except for the drawbacks you mentioned).
Your Swann siren should not have these limitation, that are just from Heiman.
I've just purchase a new Bitron one that seems very similar to Swann, I'll release driver soon. If hardware it's the same then you should have all functions available.
