A quick search of the forum for Heiman Siren, shows that there is a community driver for this device.

Heiman HS2WD-E Zigbee siren driver

I purchased some weeks ago a Heiman HS2WD-E Zigbee siren from AliExpress, it's quite cheap and has an internal backup battery that last around 1 day. Drawbacks: it doesn't report an alarm when goes on battery and seems that it has just 1 tone without level setting. Here you are an initial beta driver for it (should work with every Zigbee siren):
