Have the functions of the Bundle Manager app been completely replaced by Hubitat Package Manager app? I don't recall why I installed Bundle Manager but I have not needed it recently and just wanted to check before I uninstalled it.

I think HPM actually came first not after Bundle Manager. I think they were slightly different approaches to handle custom apps. HPM existed before the Hubitats Bundle functions and just took a little bit of time for it to be added.
That said the individual maintaining and supporting Bundle Manager annouced a while ago that he was no longer supporting it, and that all of the apps he supported were not getting updates. I think if you use BPTworld apps then it may still work, but nothing should be getting updates. HPM is certainly the go forward direction currently for community apps/drivers/bundles.
Even HPM is no longer supported by the original developer. Csteel picked it up though and has kept it going for the community. Community members can even contribute functionality to it if they want to through him. Just update the code and then post him a pull request. I have added a few things to HPM now.
