Graphing depends on what you have setup and how far you want to go with it.
First the information is in the Govee Device Manager if you are using the latest beta code posted yesterday. The current Sate is cloudResponseTime as shown in the below screenshot
Once that is appearing you can use any of a variety of Graphing options though some will be more preciese then others. I use InfluxDB and Grafana which can be a bit more complicated to use, but is allot more very flexiable. Below is a thread I started to discuss the potential options. In includes information to each app to help you get started.
Unfotunately i think the only viable option for this particular graph is the Influxdb/Grafana stack because it is a custom attribute.
