The Google app doesn't know the difference between a virtual and a real device.
In any event, unless you have a specific need to run polling within that app it's recomended that it be disabled.
It is not required for Google assistant functionality.

Have you turned off the polling in the app in HE? That might be what's causing your errors. It was causing a bunch for me.
