I have the same lock (BE369) and same problem.
My other lock BE469 works fine.
Great it’s not just me. This lock used to work fine but something changed.
I just converted from HA and I had same issue until I forced updates (polling) to every 4 seconds. HA had setting for it. That was very hard on the battery.
