Generic Z-Wave Lock no longer shows when it is locked after an update

I have a kwikset 620 door lock. I bought a hubitat earlier this spring. I was able to connect the lock and it is shown as Generic Z-Wave Lock. Up until a couple months ago everything worked as expected. Sometime this summer there was an update and the device no longer shows when it is in the lock state. I update a few times and don't know when the bug was introduced. The result is that from the app I can no longer unlock the door because it always reports as unlocked no matter the state. This makes the hubitat mostly useless for what I bought it for.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Some additional questions:

1. Can the lock still be controlled via Hubitat?
2. What kind of hub do you have? If it is a C-8 Pro, are you running ZWaveJS or Legacy ZWave?
3. How many z-wave devices do you have? And how many of them are repeaters?

FWIW, I have 6 Z-Wave locks, of which 5 are Kwikset 620 locks. No issues with controlling any of my locks.

Thanks for confirming it was working for you. I ended up removing the device. Factory reset the lock and then re-adding it. Now it works again!
