Generic 2 way zigbee relay

I have a 2 way zigbee relay set up to open and close my cupboard door for my robot hoover, but I need to make a rule that stops the openswitch and turns off power after 20 seconds as that is the max opening time, is there any rule that can do this I have this but its nt working
