I strongly recommend Jason Bottjen’s component driver for the 26931 (switch) and 26933 (dimmer). Both work great for me on C-7 with 2.2.3.148.
The great feature about these drivers is that they split the motion sensor from the switch/dimmer into separate child devices, and allow the modes (occupancy, etc) to be set from automations.
GE/Jasco Z-Wave Plus Motion Switch Driver
This is a driver for the GE Motion Switch device. It differs from the in-box driver in that it exposes all of the device parameters, and uses a parent/child structure to put the switch and motion sensors in their own child devices.
It has been tested with a GE 26931 motion switch.

Mine is the portable motion sensor, so that device driver won't work.
