I am revamping the Zooz Garage Door app and as a part of it I thought it would be nice that if an error occurred that caused the garage door to be in an invalid or unknown state to change the device to unknown state. In testing today I discovered that it appears the dashboard Garage Door (Control) tile won't do anything when the garage door is in the unknown state. So, first of I understand this decision. However, I still think there should be some way for the tile to tell the device to open or close in this exceptional case.
Any thoughts from Hubitat on this? Thanks!
