So this is a bit of a pain because you have to edit the file and extract the audio but it works. I did this on my Windows PC. Differences from the Video are getting the mp4 from your phone to your desktop. I just did this through file manager. Then I used vlc to cut down the video to just the audio portion . Once I isolated the siri voice I converted it from mp4 to mp3 at cloudconvert.com, I then added it to itunes etc... This video is pretty good for what it is. I then just created a virtual switch to trip the automation in homekit.
