Does anyone know of any fish tank heaters and temperature
monitors that work with hubitat
Any z-wave/zigbee temp probe should work. No reason for the heater to be controlled that way. (And the answer from me is no, don't know of any tank heaters that are z-wave/zigbee enabled.
@bobbles uses a Qubino that has an optional external temperature probe:
What ever you end up doing I would suggest there be a mechanical backup. i.e. the heater internal thermostat set 5 deg high or so. This way you won't have broiled fish if the hubitat goes offline when the heater is on.
