Fingerbot cannot pair correctly to C-8. C-7 works

My Fingerbot stopped working about two weeks ago. I tried a second Fingerbot and it has the same problem. They can both pair, but ping times out and commands don't work.
Hub: C-8 with 2.4.1.167 Fingerbot driver(latest) 3.3.0 @kkossev . The devices show up on the graph.

When I pair them with a C-7 with the same firmware and driver code, they work great. The only difference between the environments is the hardware.

I have tried Zigbee repair multiple times.
