You could also try disable and then the enable again...
Hubip/hub/zwave2/disable
I get "false" to that.
Might be a waste of time ...

Yes, it was disabled for non Pro hubs.
I have the secret endpoints to force it, I will send a PM. It was added and posted in beta, I needed it to remove ghost LR nodes on a remote hub, which worked perfectly, then I switched back to ZIP.

@bcopeland My dev hub is now enrolled into the beta program, so please let me know if you would like me perform any extra testing.
When I get a chance tomorrow, I’ll pair my spare Smart Implant to it.
