Apps and drivers can read a device's notes with getNotes(), but nothing writes them. Could DeviceWrapper get the matching void setNotes(String notes)?
Maker API has the same gap: notes are readable in device details since 2.5.0, and setLabel exists, but there is no way to set notes. Would a setNotes endpoint fit there too?
