Fan circluation mode on ecobee3lite

It seems I can set the circulate time in minutes per hour at the thermastat, but no via the built in driver. IS THERE AN UPDATE OF A MODIFIED DRIVER THAT CAN BE USED?

I use a this community driver and it has a command. setFanMinOnTime.

I do not have a EcoBEElite, and not sure if it has a different command set but this works well for my Ecobee that I purchased back in 2019

I use a this community driver and it has a command. setFanMinOnTime.

Same driver and command, using Smart Thermostat Premium (2023-ish).

The driver is 10x overkill for my simple needs, but it gets the job done.

FYI - that command works with ecobee thermostats that pre-date the "square" ecobee3 form-factor. For example, it works with the ecobee Smart Si thermostat from 2010.
