I own about a dozen P110M Tapo smart plugs and love them. Only downside is I don’t currently have the ability to view energy monitoring data for the full set of plugs all at once, only per plug. I know that Home Assistant has a dashboard/driver for this and was curious if Hubitat does/ever will?
I have the same plug and got it to work within Habitat, however I do not see the energy monitoring. Would like to use that feature to get a warning when my washing machine has finished.
Could you, please, explain how you got it to work with monitoring?
Hello! I never was able to figure out how to integrate the energy monitoring features into Hubitat, hence why I posted here! I am able to see individual energy monitoring info in the Tapo app, but even there I can’t do any larger analysis.
As for automating washer finished messages, I ended up using vibration sensors to pull that off.
The community LAN (not Matter) provides the EM Function. For your case, I would likely set the poll interval to 1 minutes (it can be set as low as 5 seconds; however, that takes extra hubitat bandwidth).
