Empty details on couple of Zwave Devices

Could you please try clicking refresh, and once the page reloads then see if you can remove (you may need to refresh more than once). If the node doesn't show as failed after the page reloads, you may need to refresh the browser page manually (not using the refresh button).

If the failed device is still connected to power and the hub can still ping it, it may not be able to remove it.

If you know which device it is if you can remove power from that device then remove option should be more effective.

Thanks Bobby, Both nodes already show as failed, as can be seen in the above screenshot. I have already tried refresh followed by remove a bunch of times. Doesn't seem to do the trick.

I believe they are mains powered homeseer dimmers that did end up pairing on another line. Maybe I should just flip off the breakers and try removing. The hub is on battery backup.

That sounds like a good approach. Smart having the hub on battery backup...the force is strong in this one.
