Zwave devices never "drop" from the network, it is not possible unless the device is factory reset or the device itself is faulty. They retain the network ID and will keep sending messages to that network ID until they are excluded or factory reset.
Also you have a C8-Pro I see, are you running the Zwave JS gateway or legacy ZIP? You can tell based on the "switch" button on the zwave details. Based on your Route Changes showing a number and not N/A it looks like you are probably on Legacy.
Also, FYI, when you post the zwave details you need to click the refresh details button first, wait a few seconds, and refresh the page. Otherwise the stats are useless. This is covered in the "READ FIRST" post.
