Documentation - Room Lighting

I was trying to confirm what various options did in the "Room Lighting" application.

In looking at the Documentation for "Room Lighting" (Room Lighting | Hubitat Documentation), I wasn't able to find some of the options.

For example, on the "Activate Light Options" page, in the "Additional Options", there are things like "Use transition for Activation", "Activate as Group with ON commands for Activator On", etc. That I searched for on that page but didn't find them.

Perhaps some additional information could be added there.

Also, I was wondering if "metering" of commands was possible for Room Lighting?

Thanks!

Probably best to tag Robert @bertabcd1234 regarding documentation...

This has been added to the documentation but should be fairly apparent once you select the option, allowing you to specify a transition time (the total amount of time it will take to get to the new states) and transition interval (the spacing between the repeated commands the app will send, each with some in-between values to eventually get you to the resulting state). This is similar to the "...over time" actions in Rule Machine.

These are explained if you click the link that goes into the discussion about replicating Groups and Scenes behavior, which takes you here:

Thanks

I was going to the documentation and doing searches for those options to try to understand them (especially the nuances involved). I wasn't looking to mimic an existing scene or group--just wanting to make sure my RL was acting like I wanted and that I had chosen the right options. That's why having the exact option wording is helpful.
