I figured in notification I would simply put %device% within the text string and be done with it.
Continuing the discussion from Hub Update 1.1.3:
Under Actions -->Send or Speak a Message-->Message to send....there is a description on how it should be used.
I guess only for new rules? Iām trying to amend an old rule and see no such description
It's probably only for rules created with RM 2.5.
I recreated all my rules when 2.5 came out a while back. All my existing rules automatically had the %device% option. In fact, it broke a few of them that had the old variable.
