It may also be you have the right kind of fan. Fans come in allot of flavors right ac or dc, brushless vs not. There is a ton of info out there about this.

Here is the integration to use it with Hubitat.
Got the H7102 tower fan and the integration works very well. Only missing functionality is the ability to start or stop the oscillation.
