I have reviewed this and few other related threads and was not able to find a clear guidance on how to configure the HE Dashboard tile to display the live stream video like @Robin and @ckronengold shown in the screenshots posted in this thread. I'm hopping for live stream, not a static screenshot refreshed every sec. Thank you for help.

You need a image tile and insert the http feed, this link should help you work out the http string for different cameras
