Which model?.. There are 2 Danalock V3 drivers in 2.2.9 one zigbee and one z-wave..

There are specific Danalock drivers? I'm just using the generic zigbee lock driver which also has the same problem mentioned above but not all the time.
I can't find the specific Danalock driver in the list. I'm on 2.2.8.156 but a check for updates does not show any. Are the Danalock drivers new to 2.2.9 and if so I presume this is still in beta?

Yes, they are new to 2.2.9. And the beta hasn’t started yet.

Hi mine is an v3 zigbee

Another question. Will it be possible to link an zemismart motor blind to google ? Currently I'm using an virtually shade as an trigger.

Sorry.. I'm not familiar with this device.. And not yet familiar with the google side of things..

It's an tuya device which make it possible to convert an regular curtain to an smart motorised one.
I will see if something will appear at some point🤞

I have a Zemismart Zigbee roller shade. I can confirm that it works with Google Home. I just linked it via the Google Home app in Hubitat and was able to control it.

I didn't have any luck to link it to google.
I had to use and virtual shade to trigger the zemismart roller shade.

Is there a way to turn the Twist Assist on and off from a Rule? I’ve looked in the custom actions but can’t find any way to do it.

Would it be possible to add "auto calibration" action for Danalock ?

Sometimes my lock loses calibration and it is nly fixed by doing a calibration.
When I am close to the lock, it is not a problem, but sometimes I have to unlock the door for my kid and if the calibration problem occurs at that time, we end up without a solution and he has to wait for me to arrive home.

So if there is a way to trigger auto calibration remotely, it would help a lot.

@bcopeland , maybe you can assist ?

That would be great. I have to recalibrate almost once every week.
Danalock has been of no help… :frowning:

Since Danalock is a built in driver, maybe @mike.maxwell can assist?

hopefully, if Danalock has a zwave command to trigger auto calibration, it could be added to the driver.

I have the ZigBee version but if the command are in there, it would probably be for both versions.

I have a mail conversation with Danalock right now where they want to look into the issue that the lock looses its calibration.

They have requested (and I have sent) information and film clips.
Hopefully they can find a fix for it and we don’t need to trigger a scheduled automatic calibration.

actually a few years ago, I had my first Danalock and it had this calibration issue awfully. I had to calibrate it everyday. Then I contacted support and they sent me a new lock.
So I had thought that it was a known issue and some locks had this problem.
My replacement lock didn't have the issue as bad as the first one.
I just have to recalibrate once every week.
I don't think that Danalock will have a software based solution for this. Although they should. (I believe it can be solved with a software solution which would recalibrate automatically)
They might replce your lock.

In any case, if they provide a soluiton , please let me know.

thanks

I have several of the V3 Zigbee locks. I am using the Generic Zigbee Lock as I don’t see a Zigbee built in driver, just a Zwave. However, I never have to recalibrate the locks, but the do fall off the mesh occasionally.
