It came down to that they believe the lock is faulty. 
It didnât behave like this the first three years thoughâŚ
The suggestion they gave is to activate the End-2-End option. I will try that but I think I will replace the lock for another type if it doesnât work well.
Sorry, I have the Z-wave version. Donât know why I thought I have ZigBee versionâŚ
My lock never falls off but I have the calibration issue. Looks like you canât have it all with Danalock. 
But there is no other zwave/zigbee lock option if you need a european door lock like me.
Where do you live ?
I live in Sweden. I have been looking at Nimly Touch Pro lately.
It often sells for around 350⏠incl. the ZigBee module.
@mike.maxwell can you please look into if itâs possible to add the automatic calibration command to the Danalock Z-Wave driver?

HI, eventough a very old conversation I think I answer here to ask my questions. May it finds the right people to answer more efficiently.
I have a Danalock zigbee with Danapad. I wonder if I can manage the Danapad codes via Hubitat and if I can get notifications and a History of who opened the lock at what day an time via the Danapad. Also if I can get a notificiation when there are firmware updates as when the Bateries get to 10% (XY%). Or else: Are there things I can do managing the Danalock/pad via Hubitat what I can't do with the standard APP.
