Ah yes, this one is different. If I recall correctly, @tomw’s link needs to be added to the Hubitat Package Manager (HPM).
If you aren’t familiar with HPM, it is a community app that was built to help people find and install apps and drivers. Here is a link to it:
So step 1 is to install HPM using the link (and instructions) above.
Then step 2 is to use the URL within the HPM app - there is a section to enter a custom repository.
