Since I didn't specify before, mine is z-wave also. Not Iris. But you probably got that from the device data above.
All of these thermostats are Z-Wave, it's just a matter of Iris branded or not, and more likely the firmware being an issue than even the Iris labeling...

Looks like maybe there are some known firmware bugs, notably with state synchronization. Any possibility we can figure out what those are and incorporate it into one of the drivers?
