Configuring GE/Jasco ZW3005 Dim rates

New to Hubitat (migrating from smart things). I have several GE/Jasco Zwave dimmer switches (ZW3005). I see in the device manual that parameters 10 and 12 relate to rate and instant on/off. When I open the device details I see real time controls and a configure button, but I don't see any way to set a parameter not already indicated on the UI that would allow sending these parameters to the switch. Is there another driver or method I should be using?
