Command tiles on dashboard

I have a Rachio sprinkler system. I would like to create a tile on a Dashboard that would trigger certain commands. Mainly the command runAllZones and allow an input for setZoneWaterTime. I can't figure out how to create specific tiles on the dashboard to run specific commands. I did a search and couldn't find anything either. Can somebody point in the right direction on how to do this?

Create a custom command in RM. Then create a rule to run that custom command when a virtual switch turns on.
