Cloud Back up for migration not showing up. C8 To C-8 Pro

I currently have a C8 and want to migrate to a C-8 Pro.

After creating A cloud back for C-8 Pro Migration I get a "Backup completed Successfully." message. However, when going to the Cloud Backups tab and click Reload Now there are no Cloud backups listed. Going to the Migrate Hub menu there are also no cloud back ups listed.

Would appreciate some help with this! I need to get this C-8 Pro up and running asap!

Did you look for the backup on the old hub or the new hub? Migration backups I think only show up on higher model hubs so it can only be used for upgrades.

Also make sure your new hub is registered to the exact same account. If you go to https://my.hubitat.com/ > Registered hubs you should see both hubs on there with no indication that they are "Guest" accounts.

I just tried to test this out.. created a cloud backup on a C-8 and then immediately looked for it on that same C-8. Not there.

However, on a different C-8, it was showing in the list when I selected All or Migration Ready.

I havent even taken the new hub out the box. As per the migration instructions they say to turn on new hub and register after creating and checking the cloud backup. When I got stuck on the cloud backups I didnt bother starting the new one....plus it was late last night.

I'll register the new one tonight and see if it sees the cloud backups.

Interesting. Did you have the latest firmware on both C-8s?

Yes, all 5 of my hubs are on the latest. :+1:

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

Did you verify both hubs are registered to the same my.hubitat.com account?
