I purchased a C7 hub on Ebay a while ago and I am trying to get it configured, but the previous owner is still listed as the admin for the device. Is there any way I can change that? I have tried to find information about a full reset with no luck. I have contacted the support email twice and have not gotten a response.
You will need to contact the original owner, perhaps via the eBay contact methods, and have them de-register the hub on my.hubitat.com.
The response from support should have directed to the new support portal (https://support.hubitat.com).
I would imagine that you will have to work with the previous owner and @support_team for that. The previous owner would have to deregister the hub from their account. They can do this by going to "My Hubitat".
