Yes but back in the day you would be lost using up gas and then there was the moment of the first sputter just as you are approaching a deserted cabin.

Edit: I don’t know for sure, but I suspect gasoline was a brand name at one point, as in the oil and gas industry, gasoline / petrol are classed as petrochemical product.

You know the saying "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" Well I think everything in Australia is trying to kill. Seeing all those spider pictures makes me want to second guess my trip next year.

Honestly, it's all a beat up... It would be like us(Aussies) getting the jitters over black or polar bears or enterprising 11 year-old's at Christmas.... You choose the time and location based on the risk... but you don't miss the chance to visit the location.
Tourist destinations don't want to see their client's killed.... Neither do the general Oz public... it's bad for business.... I'd get down here and enjoy... life.
I'm not claiming victory just yet.... Or watching the tally closely....
