I believe I accidentally figured this out after 30 minutes of trying everything to exclude the GE 14291. I finally tried again to exclude the switch on smartthings, toggle the switch on/off over and over again. Smartthings finally excluded it. Then I had hubitat start the include, hit the paddle to the on position, and HE found it. Whew! What a mess. That 3 taps on / 3 taps off did not work for nothing, but the cycling on & off about half a dozen times knocked that switch upside the head and figured out what I wanted to do.
