Cannot Pair Zigbee Auduro Smart Eria Wireless Switch

HI folks,
I'm trying to add my first, an only, zigbee device, an Auduro Smart Eria Wireless Switch. It shows up on the compatibility list.

Here's what I've done so far:

1. Checked to see that Zigbee Radio is enabled. Here's what I see:
   

2. Tried pairing in multiple ways:

• After a factory reset, pulling battery and doing it again
• After unplugging Hubitat and re-installing
• changing to 2 different channels.

3. I've sat right next to the Hubitat as well to see if distance was an issue.

4. I tried Disabling and Enabling and doing it as well

I've got no other Zigbee devices. I have 1 Z-Wave device, and a connection to Radio RA2

My zigbee logs are blank. It's kinda like the Zigbee radio isn't really on....

Any ideas?

I was able to pair my z-wave device very easily.

On my C5 2.3.3.130 it shows: Zigbee Network State: ONLINE

Hmmm, check for updates and do a power cycle...?

Thanks for the response. Yeah, I've tried do a reboot in the software, pulling the cable & ethernet as well. I've checked for the latest, and I'm on 2.3.3.140. I'm starting to think this is a defective hardware issue, as another user experiencing similar issues. But I'm not sure how to confirm.
