Cannot access Groups and Scenes App after Release 2.3.8.140

Hi,

Just updated to 2.3.8.140 from .125 and now I cannot access the Groups and Scenes App or any child objects. I just get a spinning wheel that does not stop.

Hardware version: C-8
Platform version: 2.3.8.140

I have tried to restore the database from a pre-update backup. It didn't work.
I have tried rolling back to .125.......it didn't work.
I have tried upgrading back to .140. Zilch...

Any Ideas?

Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.
