Thanks for the heads up on the DZPD3 driver. I have now added and applied it. 
For the VRP03, it is indeed one of the older Vizia RF+ devices. I may just relegate it back to my Vera Plus where it is comfortable and works fine. I need a lamp dimmer to replace it on the Hubitat so I’ll probably just end up getting another DZPD3-2BW.
Due to the unsuccessful inclusion attempts with the VRP03, I ended up with two ghost nodes. I followed the steps in the guide you linked and after unplugging the VVRP03 I was able to eventually get to the “remove” button using the native Hubitat tools and was successful at finally ridding the network of both.
