Can not login/connect to C8

Hi
I can not access my C8 any more.
Rebooted many times/ used network cable has green light but does not show on router connected devices/used https://find.hubitat.com/logged on to account then find my hub used find via mac or dns/no network cable has blue red lights flashing there is no "MyNewHubitat" broadcasting to connect to/

Connect directly to router. Press network reset button on bottom of hub for 7 seconds using a paperclip or toothpic (it will be the only round hole out of all the square ones). Once the light turns green, using a web browser on your pc connected to the same network go to hubitat.local and if you can't reach that go to hubitat.local:8081 and do a soft reset and restore.

Good to hear. If you haven't set a DHCP reservation in your router for your Hubitat.
