I'm looking for recommendations for a weatherproof single button switch to be mounted outside next to a door, like a doorbell.
Thanks.

Can't say as I know of a ZigBee, THIS in Z-wave flavour, but how about something completely different:
Have looked at the Hue button? I don't think its technically rated for outdoor use but is pretty well sealed up.
You can use the switch inputs on a Shelly or Zen 17/16. Then you can keep the relay device inside and use any old button outside. Bonus, no batteries.
I have some of the Hue Smart Buttons and while the front is solid silicone the back is not all that sealed, probably wouldn't survive direct exposure to water.
But, I do remember people using these outdoor covers on regular switches which I guess you could put over the button to protect it while still being able to activate it.
