I wanted a wireless doorbell camera with a chime, RTSP, and Alexa support.
Tried Eufy - the GUI was bad, hard to get connected and no RTSP support.
This device WORKS and for $85 bux.
AOSU Doorbell Camera Wireless, Battery-Powered Video Doorbell with Chime, 2K Resolution, No Monthly Fees, 166° Ultra Wide Angle, 180-Day Battery Life, AI Detection, Work with Alexa & Google Assistant
I've two virtual switches - one for motion and one for doorbell - Alexa triggers them perfectly. And without Alexa, I still have LOCAL rtsp viewing on TV and dashboard - and the chime is loud enough I can now hear someone at the door if I'm not watching (I'm hearing impaired). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SFQ5V16/ref=emc_b_5_t?th=1
I have since learned there is an actual weakness to this - the Eufy I tried to use previously could be an alexa trigger in 2 different ways - on motion, and on doorbell push. this one send image to your phone on motion, but doesn't tell Alexa and their support staff said 'sorry - possibly in the future'. Only the doorbell push is an alexa trigger. which - to be honest, is all I need. I get copies of the image snap from motions to the android app perfectly, but no way to really take advantage of it.
