C8-Pro and zigbee not pairing

New C8 Pro hub running 2.5.0.153

So far i have tried to pair:

Melery Smart wall socket

Smarthings Mutipurpose contact sensor

Loratap Garage Door opener

All have failed to join - hub could not find the devices at all

C8 Pro is on channel 15 power 12

C4 is on channel 25

My wifi is Channel 1 and 6

Only the loratap is connected to the C4. The other 2 devices are new.

I have read mutiple threads on zigbee channels and rebooting hub etc, but cant seem to get these devices to pair...

Any other suggestions?

For pairing the Tuya Zigbee 3.0 devices (Melery, Loratap, etc.) to C8 hubs, use the Double Luck Voodoo. I suppose it won't hurt to try the same procedure with the Smarthings Multipurpose contact sensor as well.

Thanks for the suggestion

Have tried the method, but no luck on either the melery and smartthings sensor. Couldn't test the loratap just then. I'll test an in wall switch tomorrow and see how it goes.

But for now, back to square 1 with the current devices

So i tried a Sonoff SNZB-02P temp/ humidity sensor - Did not pair.

Performed a soft reset on the hub , was able to pair the Melery GPO and sonoff sensor

Cos i paired the GPO using a fly lead near the hub, i turned off the power circuit installed the GPO in its location and switched power on - The hub booted into new hub mode and i lost the 2 devices - Now they wont pair again

Tried to pair a Moes zigbee switch module - No luck

Completely at a loss now as to why zigbee does not pair

By “won’t pair” do you mean the devices are not discovered at all, the pairing process doesn’t start?

does not even find the devices - pairing timer runs out before devices are discovered - Even in 3.0 mode

Go to the Support button at the above right, and put in a warranty claim. That allows staff to work with you.
