[C-8] Zigbee devices that do not pair correctly in HE

I seem to be having the same issue trying to add an IKEA Sound Remote Gen 2 (E2123) to my C-8. I had previous connect an E2123 to my C-5 and it continues to work after the upgrade to C-8, However, I cannot connect a new E2123 to my C-8, initially thinking it may be faulty I got an exchange from IKEA but it's the same result. It looks to pair but doesn't respond.

I bought another E2123 but can't seem to connect it to my C-8, my first one connected to my C-5 before migration. 'Add Device' finds it, and I keep it next to the hub for over 20 seconds but the device page doesn't look right and the button doesn't respond. [image] The error below is when I click ping from the device page [image] I've tried it 4 times now and the same result. Does anyone have any idea what to try next?
