C-8 hub hangs at 15% with blue led

I have a c-8 that has been working fine for months, but suddenly became unresponsive.

It partially boots and I can connect to it and get the following screen:

The LED remains blue. I can connect to it through its fixed IP address over wi-fi...but it doesn't take any commands at this point., only shows the hung boot screen. How can I recover it?

I had tried the diagnostic tool several times but it didn't let me get in...Maybe I typed something wrong. This time it is working. Thank you so much!!! Your suggestion regarding downloading the backups saved a lot of time.
