Bluetooth Control to Mimic Something like an RM3

If anybody has a work around for this is would be awesome.

My Harmony remote died. The only thing I really need right now is the "pause" command on an Apple TV. ARC/CEC etc takes care of power and my amp is already controllable. Their remotes use BT to talk to the unit. I can't seem to find anything that explains how an IR code ends up working in a Harmony remote, but my RM3 sees no signal when I hit the pause key on the Apple remote.

Does anybody make some like an RM3/4 that takes IP commands to trigger different IR commands for device...that can learn and send BT codes?

My long-term goal is to need nothing but one system, in this case Hubitat, to control everything from one place (KISS). IE - Really Don't want to add another hub or bridge. Especially for a single command.

Is there a BT version of something like an RM3?

Look at SofaBaton X1S. You can use HTTP commands with it and it will support your Apple TV as well.

No direct Hubitat integration, but with Hubitat RM and HTTP commands to the SofaBaton X1S hub, you don't really need an integration. Maybe someone will create one for Hubitat at some point and that would make things a little easier. Not critical though.

There's some kind of HA integration, but I haven't looked closely at that. You could also add HA to your mix and then use Home Assistant Device Bridge to connect it back to Hubitat if that offered a benefit that you couldn't otherwise get.
