The only way to know whether it will work with Hubitat (using the community Zemismart Zigbee Blind Driver is to risk the ￥27.69 and get one.
There is no way to be 100% sure whether any Tuya-based device (no matter where it is purchased from - AliExpress or Amazon) will work with anything other than Tuya's hubs. Typically, the AE sellers can't answer such questions; they know nothing besides Tuya's Smart Life.
