RANT: Such a PITA doing a Black Friday Deals search on Amazon and specifying keyword "Zigbee" and having to wade through all sorts of non-Zigbee stuff they let bubble to the surface of your search instead.
Can't do any effective explicit "-excludes" to get rid of some of it either.

So ThirdReality sensors are on sale on Amazon…but it feels like they goofed on the motion sensor 2-pack as it’s only 19.99… That’s essentially BOGO the normal prices.
EDIT: This was fixed…back to $37.99 for 2 pack. I did get two 2-packs at the $19.99 though.

Correct BUT...the return policy at Costco is unmatched. Never had to use it with any of these ZCombo devices
I was just pointing it out for those that aren't Costco members.
I'm pretty sure membership is required for residence on the earth... Or maybe it just feels like everyone on the planet is a member when I go there. 
Wish they'd update those smoke alarms.
