Background Location warning even with GeoLocation Off in app

Hi,

I get a warning about background location every time I invoke the app.

iOS app 1.0.4

I have disabled location information via iOS for the Hubitat app.

I have turned off, "Enable Geofence" via settings in the Hubitat app.

Every time is start the app, I get "Your application is not set to allow background location information.. GeoFence functionality will not be available ..."

Thanks, I already know this and made a choice to disable. Warn me once, but not every time I start the app.
