My kitchen aeotec nano dimmer. When i turn off at the wall. it reports back the status via BasicReport()
But the laundry aeotec nano switch, I can turn on and off via HE. But when i flick at the wall switch, the status doesn't send back to HE.
i asked AI and it told me to try few things.
- ensured param 80 is set to 2. Flicked to 3, and then back to 2. Didn't fix issue.
- installed basic zwave tool from hubitat forums. to check the association and try and fix it. I got association report and saw that group 1 is not assigned to hub. AI says this is the issue for not reporting back its status.
- tried to change association via "Z-Wave Association Tool" found in package manager.
but it doesn't allow me to choose hub as the destination device. Hence cant set Laundry association to hub.
AI said i have to either upgrade firmware or use PC to set the association.
I cant even find the aeotec firmwares online. Has anyone faced this issue and fixed it easily?
